Are the travel expenses included in your packages or covered additionally?
If your session location is outside of my standard service area, I’ll provide a travel quote based on distance — and I’ll always communicate that ahead of time so everything is transparent.
Do you offer payment plans?
Yes, I do offer payment plans! I understand that photography is an investment, and I’m happy to work with you to create a flexible payment schedule that fits your needs. Just let me know you’re interested, and we can set up a plan that works for you before your session date.
Can I customize a photography package to fit all my needs?
Yes, definitely! I’m always happy to customize a photography package to better fit your specific needs and vision. Whether it's adding extra time, including loved ones, or creating a unique setup — we can tailor the session to make sure it’s exactly what you’re looking for. Just let me know what you have in mind, and we’ll build it together!
How long does it take to receive the final photos?
Edited images are delivered within 2–3 weeks after you’ve made your final selections from the proof gallery. I take care to ensure each image is beautifully edited and polished, and I’ll always keep you updated throughout the process!
Retainer Fee
A non-refundable retainer is required to secure your session date and time. This retainer reserves your spot on my calendar and covers the planning and preparation that goes into your session. The retainer is separate from your session package total, with the remaining balance due prior to your session date.
Please keep in mine all session book a week or less require full payment of the session.
Do you offer wardrobe?
Absolutely. At Samantha Arce Photography, I believe every detail of your experience should feel intentional and beautifully curated.
For full sessions, I offer a thoughtfully curated client wardrobe featuring elegant gowns and dresses for moms, along with a selection of beautiful gowns for young girls. These pieces are chosen to photograph beautifully and complement the timeless, feminine aesthetic of the studio.
For boudoir sessions, clients are responsible for bringing their own lingerie and personal attire. This allows you to choose pieces that fit comfortably, reflect your personal style, and make you feel confident and beautiful.
I also provide a selection of boudoir styling pieces and props, including robes, wings, and other accessories that can be incorporated into your session to add variety and create different looks.
My goal is to make your session feel personal, empowering, and completely you — while giving you a little extra guidance and styling along the way.
